I’ve recently joined the Central Team as the Governance & Compliance Professional, after spending two years working in one of our schools as an Administrative Assistant and completing a Master’s in Systems Thinking. Those experiences really shape the way I approach governance: with curiosity, clarity, and a genuine desire to make things work better for everyone.
I’m really looking forward to working more closely with our schools — building strong relationships, supporting colleagues, and helping governors feel purposeful, confident, and well‑connected. I care about making sure our frameworks are clear and supportive, so people can focus on what truly matters.
Most importantly, I’m passionate about contributing to a Trust where every child can flourish, feel supported, and reach their full potential.
