Our Central Team

The Fioretti Trust was established in October 2016 with St Francis CE Primary School & Nursery as its founding school. St Barnabas joined the Trust in 2019 following a successful period of partnership working, with St Mary's becoming part of the Trust in March 2021.

Through our partnership with the Diocese of Birmingham, Fioretti developed a close working relationship with All Saints MAT. This collaboration led to St Thomas CE Primary School and St John's & St Peter's CE Primary School joining the Trust in September 2024.

The Trust continued its growth in 2026, welcoming St Laurence Church Infant School, St Laurence Church Junior School and Christ Church CE Primary School. Each school has strengthened our community, bringing additional expertise, experience and opportunities to work together for the benefit of all pupils.

Our vision remains one of careful, sustainable growth, ensuring that every school joining the Trust benefits from high-quality support while maintaining a clear focus on school improvement and achieving the best possible outcomes for children.

As the Trust has grown, so too has our central team. By drawing on expertise from across our schools and central services, we have strengthened the support available to leaders, staff and pupils. This collaborative approach enables colleagues to share best practice, develop Trust-wide initiatives and contribute their expertise beyond their own school communities.

We are proud to maximise the wealth of talent across Fioretti, fostering meaningful collaboration that enhances teaching, learning and pupil development. This work is coordinated by Emma Grice, who works closely with Headteachers to ensure collaboration remains at the heart of our school improvement strategy.
