The Fioretti Way sets out the shared values, beliefs and behaviours that shape life across all schools in our Trust. Rooted in our Christian vision -  “Through God’s love, we are the rich soil where roots grow and seeds flourish”, it guides how we work together to ensure every child and every adult can flourish every day. At its heart are three core values of Aspiration, Wisdom and Compassion, which drive our commitment to improving life chances, making thoughtful and informed decisions, and nurturing positive, respectful relationships across our communities.
