In April 2021 the Church of England published 'Lament to Action', the report of the Archbishop's Anti-racism Taskforce.  Following the Trustee's reflections and discussions on the report, they have resolved to set up a working party to engage with governors, staff and parents/carers on issues of equality, diversity and inclusion. The working party will meet half-termly, virtually initially, but hopefully moving to face to face meetings in the future.
